Child Sponsorship for Scholarships starts with having a desire to help kids in need affected by extreme poverty and disease around the world. The rest is up to you.  Access to education can change the future for millions of poor children
by giving them the tools they need to break free from poverty. 

In many African villages time has stood still for many years.  There are no paved roads. Villagers must walk miles several times daily to gather water for basic necessities.  The houses are still made with clay, poverty is prevalent, and pre-teen pregnancy is at a high rate. 

One of the most devastating facts of village life is the non education of girls.  At the age of 11 or 12 they must stop school due to lack of funds.  By the age of 13 most young girls have 2 children or more. While education is favored for boys, they too are often sent outside of the village to work and help support the village with the meager earnings they receive.

Without the money for basic supplies like pencils and paper, children from developing countries are often turned away from class because they lack equipment and funds to fully participate. You can help ensure every child has
the resources he or she needs to enroll in school. 

Your gift can help pay school fees or provide essentials like uniforms, shoes, backpacks, and school supplies such as notepaper, scissors, rulers, pens and pencils, and crayons for boys and girls around the world.  School fee is normally 1 million cedi which is $110 US dollars a year. 

Your gift will open doors for an impoverished child that might otherwise be closed.
